Refund Policy

FanPilot Pro purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if FanPilot Pro does not work as described on a supported Mac or if you purchased by mistake.

Contact Crowffery@gmail.com with the purchase email and order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Before purchasing, use FanPilot Free to verify that monitoring and fan compatibility work on your Mac.
